We are urgently hiring several Medical Device Assemblers to work for a leading optics manufacturer. This opportunity is offering several schedules on the 1st shift.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience working with a microscope. For immediate consideration, apply today.
Responsibilities :
- Clean and sterilize molds, lens holders, lens caps, and cases.
- Haptic cutting, polish, clean, inspect, and sort.
- Produce labels.
- Pouch lenses.
- Conduct lens testing according to established work instructions utilizing a variety of equipment.
- Process injector cartridges.
- Assist in validation protocol execution.
- With guidance from engineering, perform tests, gather test data, and record results in accordance with manufacturing requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements :
- 1 year of microscope experience required.
- Familiarity with working in a clean room environment.
- 1 year of experience in the medical manufacturing industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
