DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :
- Serves as liaison between business constituents, internal IT teams and global companies to ensure alignment of strategic architectural, product development and business initiatives.
- Translates business concepts and requirements into software solutions and roadmaps.
- Defines strategic, system and functional requirements across a variety of technologies and highly complex business processes.
- Utilizes an extensive external network to attract talent, develop mid to long-term strategies and solve extremely complex issues.
- Works collaboratively and coordinates activities with software engineers, business and non technical analysts to translate and include defined requirements into developed solutions.
- Oversees and drives technical and functional application support with third party vendors.
- Manages the software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities across multiple functional or technical areas.
- Responsible for training employees, or coordinating training, in areas of expertise relating to application, database, security, operating systems or other technical aspects.
- Provides support and troubleshooting of highly complex technology solutions.
- Determines strategies, methods and procedures on new assignments and mentors and coordinates activities of other personnel across departments and global companies.
- Ensures work is planned, documented and completed in such a way to comply with established best practices, security requirements, compliance regulations and internal controls.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
- Wide-ranging experience in business analysis using professional concepts to meet company objectives to resolve extremely complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Wide-ranging experience with work on extremely complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors or functional areas.
- Ability to perform Structured System Analysis.
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies.
- Proficiency wih automated and manual testing.
- Requires specialized depth and / or breadth of expertise in own job family.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Post-graduate coursework may be desirable or required.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division.
This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $114,000 - $205,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
