What you'll do...
The Sr. Manager, Operations Business Operations is the link between the multiple organizations of the Van Delivery Operations team and with other E2E Delivery teams.
It drives the business forward through elevating strategic planning sessions, working backwards plans, and incorporating lessons learned to ensure the business stays focused and integrated on one plan.
Additionally, this role will elevate the leadership and culture development of the organization through strong onboarding plans, training, and offsites to ensure that the organization continues to invest in our people.
Given the cross functional nature of the role, the exposure to dedicated delivery business planning, and leadership, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership development, and be a curious, nimble, problem solver who brings people together through earning trust.

The core expectations from the role are to be able to free up valuable mental bandwidth for the vertical leaders and take up multi-faceted tasks with high ownership, rigor, high quality & "getting things done" attitude.
Reporting into the Sr. Director of Van Operations, role would involve projects across different functions with Van Ops & Dedicated Delivery business, setting up business performance review frameworks, spearheading new delivery opportunities, high quality analyses to aid business decision making etc.
Strong analytical & excel skills, ability to think from first principles, knack of proactively identifying improvement opportunities across functions, structured thought process etc.

- Being the voice of Van Delivery Operations in E2E forums
- Ensuring executive communication and awareness, through weekly updates, milestone comms and rapid response
- Continuing to improve the mechanisms of the organization incorporating lessons learned
- Ensuring the organization keeps a strong focus on customers and associates through field visits
- Making sure organization is operating cohesively during strategic planning sessions
- Staying abreast in industry trends and provide actionable competitor insights
- Acting as the POC for 3rd party vendors and industry partners

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
