Our client is seeking a proactive and self-driven HRIS / Workday Specialist to join their team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage tasks independently, and tackle system backlogs to ensure seamless HR operations.

What You’ll Do :
Maintain and Optimize Workday : Ensure Workday configurations are functioning efficiently to support ongoing HR operations and address system performance issues as they arise.
Report Generation : Develop and generate detailed reports that provide actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to HR teams.
Automation : Identify opportunities for automating routine HR functions, reducing manual workload, and improving overall system efficiency.
System Issue Resolution : Address system issues such as slow performance and reporting inaccuracies, making real-time adjustments to meet company needs.
Tackle Backlogs : Proactively work through system backlogs and outstanding tasks, resolving issues promptly without waiting for instruction.
Collaborate on HR Initiatives : Partner with HR Business Partners and Operations Teams to optimize HCM systems for Performance Management, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and more.
Custom Reports and Dashboards : Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide key insights and identify business trends for stakeholders.
System Solutions : Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring new feature requests align with system capabilities.
User Experience Feedback : Conduct user experience sessions to gather feedback, identifying areas for system enhancement and improvement.
Stakeholder Communication : Provide timely responses to employee issues and keep all stakeholders informed of ongoing progress and resolutions.
Data Integrity : Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of HR data in the system.
Process Improvement : Continuously assess current HR services and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field required.
4+ years of Workday HCM experience , with a focus on system configurations, reporting, and process improvements.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work independently , managing tasks and system backlogs without waiting for detailed instructions.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and its integration with other systems, ensuring smooth functionality and optimization.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively collaborate with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders.
Ability to address system issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions to HR operations.
Pay Details : $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
