LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire position.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting various departments.
This position is hybrid in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay is $18-20 / hr
