Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Manager of Server Ops to join their team. This is a permanent role by way of contract-to-hire with a very stable and well-known organization.
Position Description :
- Guide a team of Windows & Linux Administrators (80% Windows, 20% Linux)
- Working on 5,000 servers
Required Skills :
- Enterprise level experience, working on a minimum of 1,000 servers
- 3+ years of experience doing hands-on server operations with Windows
- 1+ year of ITSM (IT Service Management) or ITIL
- Working knowledge of Linux (to be able to talk to a Linux Admin and understand what they are saying)
- Ability to come onsite 8 days / month flexibly when it works best for you
Bonus Skills :
- ServiceNow experience
- ITIL certification
