Account Specialist
A company is looking for an Account Specialist to manage accounts and provide customer service support during order processing.
Key Responsibilities : Manage assigned orderbook by entering, revising, and releasing orders for processingProvide excellent customer service by assisting with product specifications and order selectionInvestigate product / service issues and communicate resolutions to business partnersRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : Three to five years of related professional experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent education;
Associate's degree preferredProficient PC skills including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of SAP and Cognos reporting preferredCustomer service oriented and adaptable
