Our client, a prestigious Global Law Firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its Miami office. This role is pivotal in providing front-desk reception support and comprehensive administrative assistance.

The successful candidate will coordinate events, manage phones and calendars, set up meetings, and interact directly with lawyers.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including calendar management
  • Providing administrative support to lawyers, including document preparation and correspondence
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintaining organization of the reception area and conference rooms

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in a law firm environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A professional and polished demeanor, with exceptional interpersonal skills
