A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing services while providing excellent customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvoice customers and independent contractors accurately and timelyReview and process Independent Contractor invoices, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance TeamMaintain accurate records and evaluate current processes for consistency and best practicesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAssociate Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience in billing processesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsMinimum of 3-5 years of proficiency in computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of interpreting and translation services is a plusExperience with AP / AR reconciliation is a plus
