Job Description : Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Douglasville, Georgia area.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
• Experience with implementing and conducting IEPs is preferred but not required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve speech and language skills, as well as swallowing function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
