Here at RealREPP, we are teaming with a DYNAMIC and GROWING environmental engineering company to assist them in hiring for a Marketing Manager.
This Marketing Manager will sit out of the HQ in San Juan Capistrano (with one day remote) and report and work with the VP of Operations and Marketing.

This opportunity will organize and optimize their digital marketing, build client relationships, drive projects with team and maintain budgets in addition to managing the marketing team of 3.
Compensation
- Target Salary Range $100,000 - 120,000 (DOE)

Qualifications
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Management / Administration or relevant major required
- 3-5 years’ experience with digital marketing and data analytics
