Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Responsible for completion of engagements, including assisting with client management and maintaining client relationships
• Complete bookkeeping and accounting duties for clients, including but not limited to preparation of sales tax, 1099s, and personal property tax declarations
• Complete financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement assistance
• Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks with the time requested
• Assist in business development activities to include memberships in qualified organizations (alumni associations, chamber of commerce, networking groups, etc.) or regular business contacts with peers capable or eventually capable of referring potential engagements and cross serve opportunities
• Experience with Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online preferred
• Ability to travel locally to client sites
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
