What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project activitiesDevelop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitmentsManage project activities and ensure overall execution of workDirect and coordinate the engineering design team and subcontractor activitiesEstablish project safety plans and promote safety policiesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience5+ years of experience within the paper converting industry3+ years of project management experience utilizing multi-discipline engineering teamsProficiency with project management tools for schedule and financial trackingExperience in capital project managementHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
10+ years of experience within the paper converting industryProject Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain within 24 monthsProfessional Engineer licenseExperience leading proposal generation with or without a request for proposalExperience using Primavera P6J-18808-Ljbffr
