- In this role, you'll be responsible for bringing new professors and courses onto the Fullglass platform.
- You’ll lead outreach, deliver product demos, and manage strategic relationships from initial interest through course rollout.

Execute outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to identify and engage new opportunities Schedule and deliver product demonstrations to faculty, staff, and institutional decision-makers Consult with instructors on course design, adoption metrics, and student success strategies Create and refine sales collateral, including one-pagers, outreach emails, and short demo videos Build and manage strategic relationships with instructional designers, course coordinators, and bookstore managers Design, track, and optimize sales performance metrics to inform growth strategies Required Experience / Skills : 3–5 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or related roles At least 4 quarters of consistent quota attainment with verifiable results Highly self-motivated, performance-driven, and relentlessly resourceful Strong communicator with a bias toward action and accountability Experience with SaaS sales, either directly or through related industries (EdTech, publishing, bookstore tech, etc.) Familiarity with the higher education ecosystem, including publisher workflows and bookstore operations Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Why Work at Fullglass?Fullglass is a fast-growing EdTech startup that’s already making an impact across the U.S. and Canada after a strong Fall 2025 launch.We’re rethinking how course materials are built and used, allowing educators to focus on teaching, not tech.
