- Set up meetings with current and prospective clients and brokers to sell the service

Putting together time lines, plans, and schedules\n
Mentoring and training more junior individuals\n
Leading projects and a team of 3 project managers\n \n

Someone who can lead projects, teams, and business development efforts\n
Shows strong aptitude in construction knowledge\n
Someone who has previously led a team of individuals\n
Cross selling and talking to brokers\n
Some form of sales experience within construction\n
Commercial construction experience\n \n \n
Owners rep based out of St. Louis\n
Company has been in business for 30 years\n
Typically work on retail and restaurants but have done municipal work and senior living facilities as well\n
Project range from $5M-$40M\n
Quickly growing project management team\n
