job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist in potential business development meetings Organize / assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors Perform estimates Prepare budgets and schedules Proactively drive solutions Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site Travel is minimal (few days each month) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or construction related degree preferred 5-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience Experience in ground up and / or renovation multifamily projects is preferred Ability to work in a collaborative team setting Prior experience leading construction projects from start to finish Estimating experience is a plus Client facing Base salary $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience Bonus earning potential Fully vested 401(k) with a 4% employer match Health, dental, and vision coverage (all employee premiums paid by company) Insurance and 401(k) benefits offered with immediate eligibility 15 days of PTO Flexible hours Car allowance Phone allowance Unlimited growth potential
