Travel a few days per month Reviews and understands the subcontract documents as they apply to assigned areas of responsibility. Work with owner / client to provide updates, obtain approvals and complete change orders for scope of work revisions Assists with documenting changes; maintains project records, red line transfers and correspondence. 3-5 years of construction experience Recent experience working for a commercial General Contractor Experience in multifamily construction is preferred but not required BS in Construction Management or equivalent highly preferred Ability to travel a few days per month Must have be proficient in construction software with procore (or equivalent) experience Base salary starting at $70-$90k based on experience 2+ Weeks of PTO Medical, dental, vision Excellent company culture with high employee retention 401(k) with 4% match Quick advancement into a PM position
