Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Location : Denver, CO

Salary Range : $120,000 – $185,000 (DOE)

Schedule : Full-Time | On-Site | Some Travel May Be Required

Position Summary

We're hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial projects in the Denver metro area . This role oversees site safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite operations, safety compliance, and subcontractor performance
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and inspections
• Lead site meetings and enforce quality control
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Document field activity, safety incidents, and schedule updates
