A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Warehouse role.

Job – Warehouse

Duration – 12 Months Contract / Fulltime

Location – Brooklyn Park Minnesota 55445 (5 days onsite in a week)

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our warehouse team, responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken or malfunctioning equipment at client facilities. This role involves managing inventory, configuring hardware, and ensuring timely and accurate shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn technical processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and client contacts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pick, pack, and ship hardware to client locations in response to incident requests.
• Track, reconcile, and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems.
• Apply firmware and perform basic configuration tasks on hardware prior to shipment.
• Manage warranty claims and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Interact with store contacts to understand hardware issues and ensure smooth resolution.
