As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the bridge between individuals seeking a better future and the programs that can get them there. You’ll work directly in the community—on the ground, at local events, with neighborhood organizations—to connect people to workforce development and education initiatives that empower them.

Responsible for outreach, recruitment, and marketing for all Workforce Development & Education programs and initiatives statewide
