As our Restaurant Coach, you will be the backbone of our operations at your store. As a Zealot Coach, you will assume responsibility for all functions of a Zalat Pizza restaurant to deliver high quality products and customer service, and to achieve restaurants sales and profitability goals. This is accomplished by being a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions, and instilling pride and accountability in team members. You will oversee a team and be responsible for all operations administrative and leadership functions. As part of your onboarding, we will provide 5-6 weeks of training. As a Zalat Restaurant Coach, you must uphold high standards for food, health and safety, and hospitality.
