Global Director Of Safety And Security
A Global Director of Safety and Security contributes to AHF by safeguarding employees and assets by establishing measures to protect and reduce risk. This position will be responsible for all aspects of AHF safety and security operations as well as managing of global security policies and procedures. Management of critical tools and resources that support the protection of employees and company assets. The Global Director of Safety and Security will be the operational head of the Organizational Resilience Program, including direct responsibility for Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity. The Global Director of Safety and Security will be the primary responder when an emergency occurs in the AHF world.
A Global Director of Safety and Security enhances the reputation of AHF by monitoring global risk and providing timely support for employees who may require assistance in their home country or while traveling. Safeguard AHF by establishing measures to protect and reduce risk to physical, informational, financial, and other assets. Manage AHF Crisis Management and Business Continuity program. Lead the response effort to employee safety concerns, business disruptions, natural disasters, or man-made events.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Global Director of Safety and Security will work as a part of a close-knit team to be proactive and predictive about the risks that AHF faces operating in 47 countries, many with medium to high risks for employees and travelers. Oversee incident response planning, including investigation of safety concerns, security breaches, or illegal activity.
This position will require traveling both domestic and international, as needed.
