Estate Planning Paralegal Leader

Location : Clifton, NJ

Compensation : $70,000 – $80,000. (eligible for bonuses)

Are you an experienced paralegal ready to take the next big step in your career? Rosenblum Law is seeking a motivated Practice Area Team Lead to lead and grow our Estate Planning department. This role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership of a practice area, help grow a team, and be part of a firm that is expanding quickly.

What You'll Do

Own the Client Journey : Guide clients from workshop attendance through strategy sessions, clarity calls, and signing ceremonies.

Workshop Leadership : Coordinate and attend estate planning workshops (occasional evenings, with flexible scheduling to maintain balance).

Liaison & Team Lead : Be the bridge between clients and our drafting team—ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely estate plans.

Build & Grow : Take initiative in improving processes, helping develop systems, and eventually assisting in training and managing team members.

Client Communication : Be the go-to person for clients on the front end, providing clarity, comfort, and professionalism at every step.

What We're Looking For

5 years of law firm experience (paralegal, case manager, or similar).

3 years of leadership experience (lead, supervisor, management role)

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a client-first approach.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ambition to grow with us and take on greater leadership responsibilities.

Estate planning experience and bilingual English / Spanish are a plus.
