Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems, documentation, and compliance across all stages of the product lifecycle. This role ensures that internal standards and external regulations are met through rigorous testing, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include administering all quality records and processes within Specright, managing the intake and resolution of quality complaints, executing product and component testing, maintaining quality records, participating in process and product audits, contributing to the development of supplier quality assurance plans, collaborating with ISO / SEI auditors, overseeing the review of the quality program, and providing support to the PTC Lab and Quality Control team with product testing and inspections.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree preferred, 5+ years of equivalent experience in quality / manufacturing, working knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance in the safety industry, excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and domestic and international travel will be required, including up to 10% with some overnight stays.
