About Our Client

Our client is a self-performing general contractor and construction management firm here in Indy. 80% of their project scope includes health care and education projects. Supers are project site based up to 2 hours outside a radius of Indiana.

Job Description

Create 3 and 6 week look aheads. Develop schedules with the project management team. Monitor budgets. Travel to different sites and work on projects simultaneously. Supervise 2-20 subs at a time.

The Successful Applicant

15 years of experience in construction. 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role. Trade experience, foreman or related. Understands project finances. Proficient in Procore and the MS Suite. Experience with large commercial projects such as schools, jails, parking garages, hospitals.

What's on Offer

Salary dependent on experience ranging from $110,000 - $130,000. Paid weekly. Gas card. 3 weeks of PTO. 401k match after the first 90 days.
