Project Manager – Water Resources Engineering

Our client, a reputable and growing engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a PE-licensed Project Manager to join their Water Resources Engineering team in Raleigh, NC. This position offers the opportunity to lead stormwater, drainage, and water resources projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage watershed studies, stormwater master plans, and H&H analyses (1D / 2D).
  • Lead design and permitting for stormwater systems, erosion control, and LID / BMP infrastructure.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Mentor junior staff and support their technical development.
  • Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • PE license required (NC PE preferred).
  • 6+ years in water resources or stormwater engineering.
  • Skilled in H&H modeling, stormwater design, and green infrastructure.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and H&H software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

    • Salary Range

    $120,000 – $180,000 (DOE)
