Responsibilities

• In partnership with Sr. Director, People Business Partner;
• Builds strong business relationships and collaborates with leaders to proactively identify talent gaps and propose solutions;
• Facilitation and calibration of core HR initiatives including; Talent Assessments, Salary Review, 360 Reviews, and Engagement Action Planning;
• Builds communication plans to support change management and various people initiatives;
• Partners with People Finance to build and manage headcount budget for assigned client groups;
• Leverages data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics;
• Responsible for monthly headcount forecast for assigned client groups;
• Responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;
• Executes all people-related changes in Workday for assigned client groups;
• Maintains regular HR reporting dashboards and ad-hoc reporting needs for assigned client groups;
• Facilitates employee moves and (where applicable) relocation processes;
• Provides guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable;
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for open positions within assigned client group;
• Manages employee relations for assigned client groups.
