Prior property / casualty insurance experience Superior customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) The ability to multi-task Exceptional attention to detail Prior knowledge of Applied Systems (EPIC) A high-school diploma or equivalent (some college) A Kansas insurance license and professional designation (i.e. CISR) is required

ICI is growing! We are now hiring a Commercial Account Manager Assistant. The Commercial Account Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting with servicing a Commercial book of business from new business pre-qualification, proposal, renewal, referrals, working in conjunction with Producers and Account Manager in assisting current and future clients.
