Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer acceptance
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including Lever ATS and networking
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance with employment laws across multiple states
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing, multi-state organization
Hands-on experience with Lever ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and multi-state employment laws
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
