Location : Sarasota, FL. Easy Apply process available. Salary range : $125,000 - $150,000 per year. We are a Sarasota-based, $200M+ Commercial General Contractor focused on delivering high-quality projects and a strong client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality on assigned projects.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction management
  • Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects required
