About the Team

DriveWealth's Corporate Development & Strategy team partners with executive management to define and execute key strategic priorities. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, our team plays a central role in driving growth initiatives and leading strategic transactions. With DriveWealth recently valued at $2.85 billion after our Series D fundraise, this internship offers a unique opportunity to be part of our company's hyper-growth phase and contribute meaningfully to shaping its future.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and executives on high-priority workstreams, including creating board meeting materials and monthly financial and KPI reviews
• Track earnings releases of public competitors, conduct key competitor analysis, and manage public comparables
• Take ownership of creating bi-weekly business materials for the executive team, featuring key industry news, earnings updates, comparable company analysis, and other relevant insights
• Develop and refine strategic financial models and analyses to support strategy and execution priorities
• Assist with IPO preparation
• Ad-hoc strategic priorities
• Support strategic investing, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities throughout all phases of the deal lifecycle
