About the Team

DriveWealth is seeking a summer intern to join our operations team. This internship will rotate through the different operations departments, providing the opportunity to experience the criticality of a successful operations department within a growth-stage start-up. You will be accountable for independent projects while shadowing team members, allowing you to learn by doing and seeing. Through the rotational format, you will step into many different roles, mimicking the cross-functional nature while gaining working experience!

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day functions of the operations business
• Assist with the new partner onboarding process, including documentation and data analytics
• Reconcile and verify account activity and research as needed
• Participate in efforts to improve efficiencies and create process optimization within the operations business
• Build synchronizations between operations and technology
• Learn and generate workflow setups with reconciliation reports
• Streamline workflow and data processes across the platforms
• Assist operations with tasks related to maintaining processes, procedures, and internal file and document management
