Job Description
Position Summary
Location Intelligence Data Analyst is an innovative and dynamic position on Life Time’s Location Intelligence (LI) team. The Location Intelligence Data Analyst is responsible for research, analyses, processing and modeling of large sets of data to support the team’s mission of informing strategy and analyzing both existing and proposed new Life Time club location development, including some co-working, residential and other location types. This role is an administrator of the LI team’s Business Intelligence (BI) platform and tools, manager of data assets, owner of predictive models, author of ad hoc studies and insights, and a pioneer of new data and BI capabilities.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Provide ad hoc data, mapping, reporting and analytic support for Real Estate and other enterprise business needs. Interface with clients and be a liaison for research, data and analytic deliverables.
Administer data vending process and manage predictive models and tools in team’s BI platform.
Collaborate with and support Market Analysts and Real Estate partners to effectively develop and maintain market deployment strategy. Apply data points and insights from market / site assessments into predictive models and analytic support development.
Research and develop new datasets, tools, and business insights / studies as needed.
Occasional travel to markets.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Proficiency in standard computer operations and software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in one or more BI applications (Alteryx, Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Proficiency in basic mathematics and statistical calculations, including calculations of percentages, proportions, averages / mean / medians and indices
Proficiency in reading, interpreting and navigation with both static and interactive maps
Experience with demographics
Experience with psychographics / segmentation
Experience with databases
Proficiency in standard working office procedures and meeting coordination
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Years of Experience :
Two years of similar analyst experience
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations :

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in commercial real estate development
Experience with GIS applications (ArcGIS preferred)
Proficiency in predictive model building
Proficiency in SQL query language
Experience with dashboarding tools (Domo or Tableau preferred)

Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $85,000.00 and pays up to $117,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
