Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the supervising dean and learning experience designer to create curricula

Incorporate applied projects and case studies that challenge students to navigate real-world HR scenarios

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field

Expertise and experience in applying HRM principles and employment law to real-world scenarios

Familiarity with online teaching and distance learning

Willingness to utilize generative AI tools to enhance learning and workplace performance
