Sales Executive

Preferred Experience :
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare sales.Proven ability to scale and lead high-performing sales and consulting teams in complex, matrixed organizations.Successful development and execution of outcome driven, enterprise-wide agreements.Demonstrated success in competitive displacement and solution-based selling.Experience driving strategic growth initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams.Strong grasp of clinical workflows, hospital operations, and healthcare financial structures. Familiarity with infusion, dispensing, pharmacy automation or medication management technologies is a plus.Executive-level communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.Proficiency in leveraging CRM platforms and analytics to inform sales strategy and performance.Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred.Primary Work Location : USA CA - San Diego Bldg A&B
