Account Manager Company : Epik Solutions Fulltime opportunity with Epik Solutions Location : Hybrid(3x a week) at Pleasant hill, CA / San Ramon, CA Compensation : Compensation will depend on experience, with a range of $100,000 $130,000 for full-time, plus commission and benefits including participation in health insurance, vision, and dental benefits; 401K retirement plan; and paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.

The salary midpoint for this position is $115,000.
Individual salary determination is a formula that is based on credit given for years of experience doing the same or very similar work to this position.
The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value and geographic location.
We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
About the Role : At Epik Solutions, our Account Managers are responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients in the Utility industry.
In this role, you'll focus on managing and growing your assigned accounts by identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-lasting partnerships.
You will manage your accounts through the entire lifecycle, from understanding their evolving needs to recommending solutions that drive value.
You will leverage your knowledge of Epik Solutions' products and services to increase account value, while ensuring that customer needs and business goals remain central to your approach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for managing existing customer relationships, understanding client challenges, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
You should be motivated by delivering exceptional customer experience and ensuring continuous business growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
What You Will Be Doing : Account Management & Upselling Take ownership of your assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional Epik Solutions products and services that meet customer needs.
Technology Landscape Discovery Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's current technology landscape and solutions in use, ensuring you can propose relevant upsell opportunities that align with their evolving needs.
Organizational Mapping Map key stakeholders within the client's organization to ensure effective communication, timely decision-making, and successful implementation of new products or services.
Customer Business Awareness Maintain a keen awareness of your client's strategic growth plans and technology strategy.
Stay up to date with any changes within the customer's organization, competitive landscape, and industry trends that could influence new opportunities.
Driving Account Strategy Develop and execute strategies to expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities for additional product adoption and service usage.
Work closely with clients to ensure Epik Solutions is delivering maximum value.
Building Trust Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within each account by consistently delivering value through expert advice, tailored solutions, and high-quality service.
Providing Account Leadership Lead customer relationships, develop personalized strategies to meet their needs, and manage the upsell process to ensure positive outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions effectively.
Leading Business Planning Work with clients to deliver comprehensive business plans that focus on enhancing their current use of Epik Solutions' products and services.
Use data and insights to demonstrate the value of expanding their usage.
Pipeline Management Manage a pipeline of opportunities within your accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with client priorities.
Continuously evaluate opportunities for growth and track progress to meet account expansion targets.
You Have : Proven experience in account management, with a focus on upselling and expanding existing accounts.
Strong history of managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities to increase account value.
Ability to influence and build relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers within existing accounts.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience in technology solutions such as Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Data Engineering / Analytics, with a solid understanding of how these solutions can be leveraged to drive account growth.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value throughout the customer lifecycle.
