Technical Consultants engage with customers and internal teams to drive our integration strategy and execute on customer integration and technical work needs. This is a customer facing role that requires interfacing directly with customers and prospects to both understand their technical account requirements and deliver identified solutions.
Role Overview :
- Be a strategic partner to the post-sales Customer Success and Implementation team, learn customer pain points with their existing processes and scope requirements for potential integrations
- Research product and technical capabilities and limitations of applications that we may want to integrate
- Document integrations and technical processes for onboarding customers onto the TravelBank and Commercial Rewards platform
- Work closely with our feature teams to validate new integrations
Day to Day
Join customer calls coordinate by either a CSM or Implementation Specialist to Client what technical needs a customer hasManage a task list of implementation tickets for delivery of various integrations, file setup, or other technical work requested by CSMs or Implementation Specialists on behalf of the customerProactively follow up directly with customers when additional information is needed to complete a taskDocument the process for all technical work that is completed in order to create a process that is scalableCreate and update productized and custom integrations with customer ISVsDetermine an appropriate integration strategy based on patterns in customer needs; this could include identifying API integrations we should productize next, working with Product to create internal tools for building files, uploading data, or other tasks that currently are done manuallyMaintain a line of communication with customers who have existing integrations to ensure consistent delivery of the data they needs (HRIS, Card Feeds, ERP integrations, flat files, etc.); provide maintenance on these integrations where necessaryLog what types of integrations and technical work has been completed for each customer in our CRMImplementation Tasks :
