As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll take full ownership of your territory : meeting customers face-to-face, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth. What You’ll Do
- Grow your territory through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Become an expert on sign materials, printers, and digital solutions — helping customers find the right products.
- Work closely with inside sales, operations, and technical support to deliver seamless service.
- Represent Wensco at trade shows and local industry events.
- Share market insights and collaborate with leadership to shape future growth.
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years).Consultative selling approach and strong communication skills.Self-driven mindset — you own your schedule and your results.Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM / ERP tools (Prophet 21 preferred).Clean driving record and reliable transportationWhat You’ll Get
