Job Summary / Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with a growing nonprofit organization to find a Data Processing Specialist. As the Data Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by entering and processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and specific grants, running weekly reports and creating ad hoc reports as needed as well as assisting with special projects as needed. Responsibilities :

• Processing accounts payable and receivable and managing grants.
• Reconciling investment accounts and corporate credit card statements.
• Assisting with annual audits and preparing for tax season.
• Communicating with clients to resolve issues and answer daily questions.
• Handling administrative duties, special projects, and correspondence as needed.
