Job Title – Mechanical Engineer
Location / Site – Southeastern Wisconsin
Duration : 1 year contract with possible extension

Candidate must have experience designing cabling systems, harness assemblies, wiring diagrams in ProE Creo. Creo Schematics experience is plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop components, assemblies, and systems for electromechanical and capital equipment applications.
Lead small engineering teams to meet technical and project goals.
Apply advanced mechanical engineering principles to solve complex technical problems.
Conduct and analyze design verification tests and validation activities.
Perform analyses such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), tolerance analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineering.
Support continuous improvement and ensure designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Develop technical documentation, design reports, and engineering change orders.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or MSME).
Minimum 8 years of experience in electromechanical and capital equipment design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a small technical team.
Hands-on experience with complex systems involving motors, sensors, actuators, and wiring.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the medical device or other regulated industries.
Expertise in FEA, tolerance analysis, and DOE.
Strong understanding of design iteration and validation in real-world environments.
Familiarity with design controls and documentation for regulated product development.
