Requirements

• Required Certifications : BLS, PALS
• Required Skills : Pediatric CVICU, Central Venous Pressure Monitoring (CVP), Congenital Heart Disease / Repair, Hemodynamic monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Post cardiac surgery, Management of gastric tubes, NG tube insertion / management, Isolation Precautions, Administration of blood & blood products, Central line blood draw, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous Sedation, IV vasopressors, Pediatric Dosage Calculations, Assist / maintain chest tube, Assist / manage intubation, BiPAP / CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, Care / maintenance of acute airway, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Tracheostomy care, Ventilator Management, Urinary catheter insertion / management, Infection control / PPE, Arterial line management, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Telemetry -on the unit monitoring
