Customer Support Specialist - Remote | $19 / hr + Uncapped Commission | M-F, No Weekends!

Clearwave Fiber is growing-and we're looking for motivated Customer Support Specialists who bring energy, empathy, and excellence to every interaction. You'll be the voice of Clearwave Fiber, helping customers with billing questions, service updates, payments, account management, and non-pay disconnects. This is a high-volume, remote position where quick thinking, ownership, and top-notch communication matter.
About the Role :
- Full-time, fully remote position
- Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM EST (must be fully available during these hours)
- Starting Pay : $19 / hr (non-negotiable) + uncapped commission
- Fast-paced, back-to-back calls in a high-volume environment
- You'll use multiple systems including Salesforce and internal platforms
- Must be confident working independently while following company policies and meeting performance metrics
