A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support I.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
Work comfortably in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4 : 30pm CST
Experience in a call center or similar customer support role
Comfortable using company-provided equipment, including computers and virtual phones
Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination requirements
