A company is looking for a D365 CRM Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy
Create and manage dashboards, views, and reports to support sales operations and leadership insights
Train users and provide ongoing support while managing user access and security settings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and familiarity with sales operations processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification are a plus
