Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is currently hiring for a PART TIME 7a-7p Registered Nurse Supervisor, every other weekend.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.
The RN Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident / staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
The RN Supervisor prepares / administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction / re-education to shift staff as needed.
