JOB TITLE : Residency Program Coordinator

LOCATION : Los Angeles, CA

SCHEDULE : Full-time, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM | Onsite

PAY : $30-$35 / hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Residency Program Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Program Director, this role is responsible for the comprehensive management of our Residency Program, including daily operations, accreditation support, resident recruitment, and program compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting and is passionate about supporting medical education and community health!

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the residency program.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director (scheduling, meetings, documentation).
• Coordinate accreditation activities, including ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) updates and site visit readiness.
• Maintain resident and faculty records, evaluations, and program documentation.
• Facilitate recruitment, ERAS applications, interview scheduling, and NRMP compliance.
• Support new resident onboarding, credentialing, and orientation.
• Track program metrics such as case logs, duty hours, scholarly activity, and board eligibility.
• Coordinate Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) and Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACGME, and institutional policies.
• Assist with program marketing, alumni engagement, and community outreach.
