PrideStaff Financial is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a North Palm Beach leading distributor. Great company around since the 80's with very little turnover, beautiful corporate office and an amazing work culture. Benefits include : Health, Life Insurance, 401k and Tuition Reimbursement.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of sales invoices and maintaining basic customer account records. This role requires strong attention to detail , excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 12 years of relevant experience looking to grow their accounting skills in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing : Accurately create, process, and distribute high volumes of invoices to customers and suppliers on a daily and weekly basis.

Data Management : Utilize Microsoft Excel to manipulate large data sets, perform reconciliations, and create basic formulas to support AR processes.

Aging Reports : Assist with generating and reviewing basic AR aging reports to monitor outstanding balances. This role does not involve active collection calls.

Record Keeping : Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical files for all invoicing and AR documentation.

Communication : Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal inquiries related to invoicing and billing.

Team Collaboration : Actively participate as a team player within the finance department and maintain strong office communication skills .

Qualifications

Experience : 12 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting support role.

Technical Proficiency :

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manipulate data, use formulas, and format reports is essential).

Experience with an accounting software system (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plus.

Adobe Editor skills are a plus (for light editing of billing documents).

Core Skills : Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail , and committed to accuracy.

Compensation

Pay Rate : $23.00 per hour
