Senior Salesforce Administrator

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and expansion of their Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture and strategy, including configuration, project management, and data model design

Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, advising business leaders on platform capabilities and translating business needs into technical solutions

Partner with Sales leadership to refine sales processes and implement scalable improvements in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field

5+ years of experience working within Salesforce Lightning, with at least 2+ years in a platform ownership or managerial capacity

Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications preferred

Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform architecture and data structure

Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and analytics tools
