Senior Project Manager - Digital Marketing

The Law Forum is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex digital marketing projects for our clients. In this role, you will manage close-knit, cross-functional teams, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and serve as the strategic liaison between clients, internal departments, and other consultants. You will oversee projects ranging from website development and digital advertising to SEO / SEM campaigns, content production, and social media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent digital marketing campaigns and website projects
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, copywriting, paid media, SEO, development, and analytics to ensure successful delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party consultants, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement efforts
