The Law Forum is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex digital marketing projects for our clients. In this role, you will manage close-knit, cross-functional teams, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and serve as the strategic liaison between clients, internal departments, and other consultants. You will oversee projects ranging from website development and digital advertising to SEO / SEM campaigns, content production, and social media strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent digital marketing campaigns and website projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, copywriting, paid media, SEO, development, and analytics to ensure successful delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party consultants, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field58 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency settingCertification in CAPM is a plus but not requiredExperience in the legal space is a plus but not requiredProven experience managing large-scale digital projects (websites, media campaigns, content marketing, etc.)Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, PPC, email, social, etc.)Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be a Connecticut residentMust be willing to work in the office at least 3 days a weekThe position offers a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, flexible work environment, health / dental / vision / life insurance, generous PTO and paid holidays, profit sharing, and 401K.
